Temsa Global and Turkish Red Crescent signed a protocol on 1 July 2010, for the purpose of training volunteer blood donors and conducting the activities regarding obtaining new blood donors in order to support the activities and studies for raising the awareness of blood-donoring in our society.
Temsa Global, has added a new projecet to its project portfolio by means of the campaign under the name of “We need each other” in cooperation with Turkish Red Crescent within the social responsibility activities.
Since Temsa Global employees would like to provide support the activities for raising the awareness of blood-donoring within the society, Temsa Global and Turkish Red Crescent signed a cooperation protocol on 1 July 2010 for the purpose of the purpose of training volunteer blood donors and conducting the activities regarding obtaining new blood donors.
Blood donors were obtained among volunteers within the following 2 days after the signing ceremony with the participation of Mehmet Buldurgan, CEO of Temsa Global, and Ömer Taşlı. Voluntary blood-donors, who donated blood within the Adana factory on 1-2 July 2010, were given various trainings about blood-donoring and some activities were conducted to increase the number of blood donors currently and in the future.
Serving for the humantiy for 142 years, Turkish Red Crescent has raised its blood services and activities for highlighting the importance of blood-donoring as well as its knowledge, experience and preventive activities for public health, to a corporate platform by means of its cooperation with Temsa Global.
